ABOUT
Victoria Syracusa, OTD, MSOT, OTR/L
Victoria, also known as Torie, was born with Congenital Nystagmus and has overcome many medical and educational obstacles, which helps her understand how challenging navigating the medical and school systems can be. She strongly believes in building rapport with her clients and their families and incorporating their values and beliefs into treatment.

Victoria specializes in and has a background in evaluating and treating remedial-based vision diagnoses in collaboration with developmental optometrists. She emphasizes reflex integration, sensory processing, and fine/visual motor skills through play-based treatments. She believes incorporating family education into sessions and carrying over strategies outside of therapy are crucial for children's success.
Victoria enjoys volunteering and serving in her local community. She served 7 years as a camp counselor at Camp Smile for blind and visually impaired children and has been an active Kiwanis International member since high school.

Outside of treating, Victoria enjoys camping, boating, and being on the water with her family, boyfriend (Nick), and friends. She loves the outdoors and enjoys bike riding in the summertime. She has two dogs (Eli and Milo) and a cat (Cheeto).
